All races will finish at FLCC, 50K ultra route will be final 31 miles of the 50-mile route, and more improvements based on runners and volunteer feedback.
10/27/09 Check out the updated Hall of Fame.  
Despite light rain in the first 3-4 hours and a detour that added a half mile to the course, this was a good year for older runners.  New Veteran Men and Masters Women team records were set.  And it was a good year for smaller teams.  Three new records for teams with two and three runners were set.
10/13/09 Results are posted on Results page along with links to 3 large collections of photos.

Can't find 5 runners for your team?
No problem.  Since 2004, the relay has been won once by a two-runner team and twice by a three-runner team.

The Adventure

Looking for a relay run in a spectacular place?  Whether your goals are to have fun with your running friends, explore a new area or set a record, the Fleet Feet Sports Relay is the race for you.

2 to 5 persons per team; 10 legs of varying length (3 to 10 miles) and difficulty (flat & fast to mountainous). 

Amenities - 11 aid stations.  Coffee, juice and bagels at start.  Post-race feast. 
Fleet Feet Sports Rochester gift bags to members of top men's, women's and mixed teams.
Personalized awards to members of 1st Teams in Open Men, Open Women, Open Mixed and Masters Men, Masters Women, and Masters Mixed.
Finishers awards to each member of finishing teams.
